I wanted to create a site for other Highgate Park owners to come together and to share experiences, list their villa availbility and to find alternative properties for guests on the occasions their own homes were full. So in 2006 I founded Orlando Exclusive Villas.A Vacation Rental Home is your private space during your stay. No matter if you are traveling on your own, a party of two or a party of 12 (subject to villa maximum capacity) you pay the same price. All Vacation Rental Homes available through Orlando Exclusive Villas have a minimum of 3 bedrooms (some have 5), 2 bathrooms (some have 4), a kitchen, living area and your own (heated) private pool.
As a VERY regular visitor to the Orlando area with my first visit back in 1987 I know just how difficult it can be to find a quality, comfortable place to stay. Most brochures, websites and even the travel TV shows will offer you 'hotel' rooms to suit a family of four for your stay. Only upon arrival at your hotel would you find two double beds in one room of around 200 sq ft.
So what is the alternative? Stay in a Vacation Rental Home, also known as a Villa.
